South Park Roundabout & Macaframa
Has El Cajon area been this night friendly..ever? Thinking back 5 years ago, we were imagining walking in the night of the area you’d run in to hookers and druggies. Recent developments has been amusing. This year I got to stop by the area for South Park Roundabout with my friends, which seemed to be a some neighborhood festivity for everyone. Shops were open until late, booths were open showcasing arts and crafts, all surrounded by christmas lights. It was cute and cozy, and fun.

The real objective of tonight was to attend a fixed gear video premiere by Macaframa Productions of some outstanding footages taken in San Francisco. We arrived at Velo Culture bike shop to say hello to people then when the theatre opened, people pedaled their bikes over to the cinema few miles away in Kensington. Unfortunately I do not know much about the fixed gear culture.. but taking in the HD and later seeing the energy of the enthused fixed gear fans were definitely something to soak in.
